1. Pricing and Packages:
   • What is included in your maternity photography packages, and how is your pricing structured? “For just a standard outdoor/on location/non studio maternity session you can use my standard portrait pricing found on my website. Some other factors my play in and if you contact me I can send you a better quote. I even have some milestone/multiple package options.”
   • Are there additional fees for travel, props, or any other elements we should be aware of? “I do have some extra fees for travel $100 for beach sessions, if you wanted to use a drone there’s a $100 add on fee for that. Looking to have a studio shoot? I have a studio fee as well.”
   • Can you provide a breakdown of the payment process, including any retainers, and final payment details? “Of course, to officially lock in a date I require a 50% non refundable retainer to hold your date and time, along with a signed contract. When you are ready to book just let me know your package, date, time, and location. Then I will send over an email with a link to your booking proposal. Once completed you are officially on my calendar.”
2. Session Details and Logistics:
   • How long does a typical maternity photoshoot last? “Depending on which package you choose will determine what how long your shoot will last but typically around an hour.”
   • What is the best time during the pregnancy to schedule the session? “I recommend around the 28-34 week mark or whenever your bump feels the best.”
   • Are there specific locations you recommend, or do you have the flexibility to shoot at a location of our choice? “I have a ton of great options.    • What should we expect in terms of posing guidance and any preparation we need to do before the session? “I will make sure we chat over what vibe you all want for your portraits. But expect lots of belly touches, and rubs. Since your belly is the star of the show here. I will also pose you down to your toes too. Also note that your hands will be photographed a lot too so treat yourself to a nice manicure.”
3. Delivery and Usage Rights:
   • How long does it take to receive the final edited images, and what is the delivery method (online gallery, USB drive, etc.)? “It typically takes me about 2-3 weeks to ready the whole gallery. You will receive a link to your private online viewing gallery via email. Your package will include a set amount of images, 10/50/ALL, and you will get a zip file sent to your email once you select your images. They include the printing rights as well.”
   • What rights do we have regarding the use and reproduction of the images? Can we print and share them on social media freely? “You betcha. I would love it if you can tag me in your social media post, as it helps to grow my business.”
   • Are there any restrictions on editing or altering the delivered photos, and do you offer additional retouching services if requested? “Please do not edit the images, you are free to crop them. Additional editing request are charged at a per image request depending on the complexity of the request.”
