Looking back through my family pictures there’s one person always missing. Clearly her presence is always there, shown with our clothing nicely tucked in and the way she would tie our hair back neatly. But she was rarely present in our family albums. My mother. I really wish she could have just handed my dad the camera a few more times. This is so easy to forget. Life is crazy busy and we are lucky enough to even document the moments. I still to this day haven’t been able to get a family portrait session done with my family. It drives me insane. That’s why I love what I do tho. I am able to capture these moments that everyone gets to treasure for many, many years to come. I do have this one shot of me and my mom…. I’m prob 5 months old, sleep on her chest and mom is looking down at me. We are, where we are every weekend, at the beach on our family’s favorite beach spot which is only accessible by boat. The world was perfect that day I imagine.

It was great meeting up with Kelly and her girls while they were in town for a girls get-a-away trip to Disney. She took sometime to have moments captured of her and her two adorable little girls at the Disney’s Grand Floridian. Disney’s Grand Floridian is great for pictures. It has a fantastic beach with wonderful evening lighting. They have a darling grassy area and we were able to pop right on the monorail to grab some shots at the contemporary resort. I did a little dance when we got on the monorail and we were the only ones on board on that specific section!! 🙂
