Maternity Portraits | My first session back after our stay at home order was lifted

You can’t even believe we are finally able to do their maternity session. The last month and a half were under the stay at home order and somehow the world didn’t think photography was essential (joking I totally understand) But it made us worry that we wouldn’t even get to do their maternity portraits. Will and Kate had me be their engagement photographer, wedding in DC and their announcement portraits. I love being there for all these epic milestones and I just can’t wait for all the newness and to see them as parents. They will totally rock it and make one beautiful little bubs!!!

For maternity portraits I love that they did the one casuals outfits for portraits and then for sunset we got to rock that awesome formal look. So so perfect. The lighter casual outfit was first which was perfect since it matched that lovely crisp lighting.

Maternity portraits are typically captured around 28-32 weeks, but can be later or earlier, whenever you feel your bump is ready for portraits 🙂
