There’s something so enchanting about proposals at Disney’s Grand Floridian. The air is filled with romance, the scenery is straight out of a fairy tale, and the excitement is unmatched. As an Orlando proposal photographer, I had the absolute honor of capturing one of these unforgettable moments recently—and let me tell you, it was magical from start to finish! I have photographed his future family in laws multiple times so it was wonderful that he got a direct referral.

When He reached out to me about proposing to her, we immediately got to work planning every detail. He wanted it to be perfect (of course!) and was all in for the idea of choosing a pre-planned spot on the stunning Grand Floridian grounds. As a Disney proposal photographer, I love helping clients scout locations that offer privacy, breathtaking views, and just the right touch of Disney magic. After some brainstorming, we landed on the perfect area.

On the big day, I arrived early to ensure everything was set up for their special moment. I was ready and waiting in position, blending seamlessly into the background. Stroller, and disney mickey ears and all. When he got down on one knee, the look of surprise and joy on her face was priceless. As an Orlando engagement photographer, these are the moments I live for—the raw emotion, the happy tears, and the pure love. (She also pulled the kneeling down with him, I did that too.) After she said “yes” (of course she said yes!), we strolled around the Grand Floridian to capture some beautiful portraits before they headed off to a celebratory dinner.
