I adore and love and feel so close and so apart of this family. They have been in front of my lens over 10 times and we aren’t stoping yet. Super magical, amazing lighting, every time. Brittany understands the importance of lighting. She gets that that means early morning call times or waiting for sunset. The result, beautiful images. They are expecitng their first little boy in November. I just can not even wait. My November is getting jam packed. I can’t wait to see all these little babes.
Something special happened at this session. It created goosebumps and gave the feels. Little rainbows kept popping up. I believe someone was making their presence known. Then as we were making our way down to the beach a rectangle rainbow appeared right above brittany and baby boy started to kick her. It is so amazingly special since Baby M is a rainbow baby. (See goosebumps) Then going through the images there were little rainbow lens flairs all throughout their session. For those who don’t know, A “rainbow baby” is a baby that is born following a miscarriage or still birth.
In the real world, a beautiful and bright rainbow follows a storm and gives hope of things getting better. The rainbow is more appreciated having just experienced the storm in comparison.
The storm (pregnancy loss) has already happened and nothing can change that experience. Storm-clouds might still be overhead as the family continue to cope with the loss, but something colourful and bright has emerged from the darkness and misery.
What a special session, with amazing parents and a beautiful big sister. Thank you for letting me share your story. I can’t wait to get my hands on his in November.
