Sanibel is such a little secret spot that can transport you back in time. With swaying hammocks tied to old palm trees. White sand beaches that your toes crave to walk in.  Kim and Chris just blend right into that tranquil setting. They are easy going laid back and oh so fun.  I feel like their pictures showcase that ease and love that they share. They choose to get married on the lawn over looking the sea and sand dunes framed by two palm trees. Their officiant was perfect. She even stepped out of the way for the first kiss. Which was beyond adorable. They really savored that moment. Anytime a groom leads the way in a kiss I just am so happy. It’s obviously a good sign. Kim and Chris kept their family formals short and we had plenty of time for portraits afterwards. They were able to go to their cocktail hour to mingle with guests. We added some extra time for sunset pictures and saw dolphins swimming as the sky turned from blue to pink. At that time of year and being so south on the island you don’t get a true sunset but it does offer such a nice soft sky and perfect lighting. Casa ybel is a gorgeous location. If your looking for palm trees white beaches with an amazing coordinator this is your place Lee is truly a wonderful coordinator to work with.  Easy going and just an all around delight. They are dinner and danced the night away on the second floor of the thistle lodge. The lodge was decorated with the cutest mason hard covered with burlap and lace.  My cup of tea 😉
