The wait is over!! I’m here to announce the 2020 Christmas Tree Farm Minis

This is a one day event so there are a limited number of spots:

Christmas Tree Minis FAQ:

How much are the sessions?
$150 for a 10 minute – 6 image package
$250 for a 25 minute – 20 image session

How many images are in my finished gallery?
I tend to over deliver files, so you will have about 40-50 ++ images to choose from. If you want to upgrade to have all the files there is an upgrade fee for $150 or $99 depending on your package selection.

How long till we get our gallery?
1-2 week turnaround time. If you wanted to upgrade to a rush package it is just $100 for a 2 day turn around. I also don’t post sneak peeks, since these are more than likely for christmas cards.

What is the snow?
Have you ever seen the foam/soap bubbles in Celebration, or Mickeys very merry christmas party? It is just like that.

What is the session day like?
I ask that you all are dressed and ready to go. You will check in with the Staff at Santa’s Christmas tree forest and they will direct you to my spot. I have a white Ford Explorer and you can leave your purse/phones etc in the car if you want. Then we will say hi!!! and start the session in the trees. I start with poses without snow first. Then we do about 3 minutes of snowing. Then take portraits with snow on your heads and the trees. I like to get kids together, kids by themselves, all the family together in posed and candid moments.

We want to get cousins together for pictures can we?
Of course as long as I have back to back sessions and you purchase two slots We can use the overlap in time too get a little extra time. Or you can upgrade to the additional people $20/pp after 5 people

I don’t want to use the snow is that okay?
Of course just let me know. I will have a spot in my questionnaire

What is your policy regarding COVID-19?
As always please let me know if anyone is sick and we will reschedule to a new date and time. But they more than likely won’t be able to be at the farm. My assistant and I will be sanitizing our hands throughout the day. We are not using any soft props. I plan on having a bench and hard surface props that my assistant will sanitize after each session. I also, as most of you know have my super long lenses which are perfect for social distancing anyways. I do ask that you all do the ticking and chasing at the sessions. Let me know what they love and giggle too.

Can we bring out Pet?
Yes, Pet are allowed!

Will the Rides and attractions be open?
No, Rides and attractions will not be available, and the tractor-pulled wagons are only available for transportation, and not for pleasure rides.

Can we buy our Christmas Tree?
Christmas tree sales will not be available.

We love animals will we be able to see them?
YES!! And it is the perfect motivation for smiles too. The petting zoo animals will be available for visiting and feeding.

What is it like on the farm?
The farm is very sandy and without paved surfaces, heels and flip flops are difficult to walk in, and a change of clothes or shoes may be advised.

What if we are late?
Send me a text, If you completely miss your time slot I won’t be able to shoot your session. I will have my assistant monitoring my phone and we can only shoot till the end of your session time since my shoots are back to back.

Since it is a mini session day when should we arrive to the farm?
20 minutes before your session time. I do try and get to the farm asap and I am staying at the farm all day with morning and evening sessions to try and get the best possible spot, within walking distance from the entrance. Santa’s Farm staff will greet all of your clients at the gate, show them the facilities, and inform them of your location.When you arrive well in advance of your scheduled appointments this allows for plenty of time for changing clothes, using the restroom, and getting to your location. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the farm.

What if it rains?
In the event that severe storms are forecasted, we will send an email by 2:00 PM the day before the event to cancel and offer rescheduling options. Light showers and lower chances of rain will not be cause for cancellation or rescheduling.
